Hi, my name is Marije a.k.a. Cat from The Netherlands and I travelled the world to do the catwalk. No, I’m not a model, I don’t have size zero (exactly I have size 10/40, wayyy too plus in the fashion industry), I don’t have a deadly look in my eyes (look at the picture, brown and sparkling eyes, well, as people say to me) and if Janice Dickinson saw me walking, she would cry.
But I do have a mission: make people aware of the enormous strength of body language (as well to themselves as to others) and inspire all human beings to follow their heart and use all the opportunities in the world to make dreams come true!!
Travel & Stay
With the help of all kinds of people and organizations I was able to travel the world. For example in Aruba Gotcha Car rental offered me a car and a place to sleep and with the help of CouchSurfing I found some interesting hosts around the world. Also hotels, hostels and B&B’s at Ambergis Caye and Roatan offered me a place to stay which was great!
About Marije a.k.a. Cat
Marije a.k.a. Cat from The Netherlands was 26 when she started travelling and 28 when she finished her mission. She loves listening to music, dance, talking with people, reading books and magazines, meeting new people and places, making close-up pictures and she comes up with new ideas. She likes animals and being in the nature, practising water sports and find out more about psychology combined with physiology. With the help of lots of people she was able to travel the world and experience awesome things (with i.e. thanks to www.couchsurfing.com).
She can hardly sit still, brings up lots of (most crazy) ideas, connecting people and helps them with their business or personal issues. She always is curious about new things and new stories, but can also enjoy very much the silence of a beautiful quiet beach or forest or empty highway on sundays. She likes drinking biological tea and cocktails: Mojito in The Netherlands, Pinacolada in Turkey and a bucket in Thailand.
